This refund policy constitutes a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Big Give Media LLC, doing business as Campaign Refinery ("Campaign Refinery", “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of products and services provided by Campaign Refinery.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30-days of your initial charge you may request a refund from email@example.com. Refunds are only allowed on initial transactions and must be requested from support.
REFUND MUST BE REQUESTED FROM SUPPORT, THEY WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY BE PROCESSED IF YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.
When refunds are processed, they happen instantaneously. However, these refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect on your payment method depending on your bank.
Please note that refunds for any recurring charges that have been processed are strictly forbidden beyond any initial transaction. All transactions beyond the initial transactions are considered final. You may cancel any subscription at any time, but partial refunds are not given if you are beyond 30-days from an initial transaction.
Additionally, all Enterprise plans and other credit-based purchases are final and non-refundable, non-transferrable purchases. This includes overage charges for credits, as they go above and beyond our core offerings that should be more than adequate to know if you are happy with the results generated using Campaign refinery.
Due to how we fulfill our credit-based offerings (email, cleaning etc), we are not able to offer refunds on these transaction types.
You can cancel your subscription at any time using our self-service cancellation option inside of your account. Your cancellation will take effect immediately.
If you are unsatisfied with our services, please let us know at support how we can best support you in your efforts and help you get the outcomes you're seeking.
NOTE: Any agreements accepted during checkout, such as a term minimums or unique offer specifics, takes priority over this cancellation policy.
