30-DAY REFUND POLICY

This refund policy constitutes a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Big Give Media LLC, doing business as Campaign Refinery ("Campaign Refinery", “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of products and services provided by Campaign Refinery.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30-days of your initial charge you may request a refund from support@campaignrefinery.com. Refunds are only allowed on initial transactions and must be requested from support.

REFUND MUST BE REQUESTED FROM SUPPORT, THEY WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY BE PROCESSED IF YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

When refunds are processed, they happen instantaneously. However, these refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect on your payment method depending on your bank.

Please note that refund for any recurring charges that have been processed are strictly forbidden beyond any initial transaction. All transactions beyond the initial transactions are considered final. You may cancel any subscription at any time, but partial refunds are not given if you are beyond 30-days from an initial transaction.

All agreements found in Terms & Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy still apply.

CANCELLATION

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us using the contact information provided below. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.
